Qualifying Question Thanks for your patience, all. We're finally ready to commence our seventh episode of Hot Dice. Some notes are in order...
\ Nikolai Wataja returns with two straight wins and CY$19,100. We're seeking a player to oppose him.
\ Per the rules, if you've played in the main game of Episode 4, 5 or 6, please sit on your hands and let someone else in on the fun.
...now it's time for qualifying. The player closest to the right answer, high or low, gets to play.
For anyone who says The Big Risk's Dirty Harry is a cold-hearted snake -- well -- who are we to disagree? So before the show, we challenged Dirty Harry to roll "snake eyes" with the pair of dice we use on Dice Risk. From the time we said "go" in unison until the dice totaled 2, how many times did our dastardly dealer fail to roll "snake eyes"?
(time passes)
And we're done. We'll spare you "showing the video tape" -- 'cause it took him a while.
Yup, after 69 failed attempts, he finally rolled a 2 on his 70th try. While the odds of rolling "snake eyes" are 35-to-1, in the time it took Harry to roll a pair of ones, we could've started and finished World War III.
With that, who's the closest?
Kourtney Wilson 33It's Kourtney with 33. Thanks for playing, all. We've got two audience games lined up in this episode -- one of which is worth more than CY$36,000.

Knowing that could help you win big on -- Hot Dice.
Scarlett: From CDM Enterprises, a division of Trax Productions, here's your host for Hot Dice, Doug Morris.
(audience cheers)
Doug: Thank you, Scarlett Gray, and hellooooooooo, everybody. Welcome to the dice table. Glad to have you with us for Hot Dice. We have a player looking to punctuate this episode with the Mega Roll. First, he has to defeat his challenger twice.
We welcome back with CY$19,100 Nikolai Wataja -- and his opponent, Kourtney Wilson.
Doug: Kourtney, we'll chat with you before our second game of the night starts. But right now, let's get this first game of the night underway.
Doug: In Hot Dice, if you win a toss-up question, you'll get to build a pot of cyber-money by rolling the dice.
After we play six rounds, we go to a catch-up round. The player who has banked more cyber-money at the end of the catch-up round wins the game.
You keep playing until you lose two games. And if you win four consecutive games, you roll for CY$1,000,000.
