Episode 2 Bonus Game 1 Doug: And we're back on Hot Dice. Eddie, repeat for the home audience what you said during the break please.
Eddie: Holy cats -- what a game!
Doug: Indeed. Shawn had a great lead after three rounds. You manage a comeback -- and it all come down to a lucky roll for you and a not so lucky roll for Shawn.
Good part for him is he's CY$16,000+ to the good after three games.
Eddie, as for you, you've won two straight games -- and has more of an advantage now than last time in the Bonus Bonanza. We'll talk about that later.
Right now, let's give you a free roll of the dice. This time, whatever you roll -- even if it's a double or a 7 -- we instantly seed the pot with CY$250 a point instead of CY$100.
Eddie: Big numbers.

(scattered groans)
Doug: The dice came up anything but big. A 1 and a 2 for a start of CY$750.
Now, Eddie, going forward, the stakes increase -- but so do the dangers.
In the main game, you wanted to avoid rolling a 7 outside of the free roll.

Doug: Here in the Bonus Bonanza, anytime the dice total 5, 7 or 9, that's a bust -- and you lose everything you've accumulated in the endgame. The CY$41,250 you've banked thus far is safe.
However, every time you don't bust, we add CY$500 per point to the pot.
Also to tempt you, we have our double decision board.

Doug: Behind three of these spaces on the board, we have payoffs of at least CY$20,000 each. One we guarantee has the top payoff of CY$50,000. Behind the other three are busts -- so be careful.
Just like the main game, if you roll a double, you'll have the option of having CY$500 per point added to the pot or taking whatever is behind the corresponding space.

Doug: Since you've won two straight games, we give you two gold coins. If you roll a 5, 7 or 9 -- or run into a bust on the double decision board -- you must surrender a coin and roll again immediately.
Knowing the rewards and the dangers, you could bank the contents of the pot right now -- or gamble it all away on another roll of the dice.
(audience shouts suggestions)
Eddie: Not much to lose there. Let's roll.

Doug: Oooh, a 1 and a 4. They add up to 5. I've got to take away a coin. You're still in it. Roll again, please.

Doug: And it's a 1 and a 6. Sum is 7. I have to take away your last coin. Roll again, please. Make it a good one.

Doug: A 3 and a 6. Eddie -- the game's over. The 750 goes right back into our pockets.
Eddie: Man -- thought the show was called *hot* dice.
(a few laughs from the crowd)
Doug: Glad you're being a good sport about this. By the way, can we give him a prize for rolling each of the three bad totals in succession?
Doug: No? Well, Eddie, if you're gonna bust, bust in style, I say.
Doug: I'm sorry it had to end like this. But as you alluded to, you didn't take that big of a backwards step. You still have CY$41,250.

Doug: We're going to play an audience game -- and find you a challenger when Hot Dice comes right back at'cha.
